All the restaurants and facilities offered are great! Super clean and always full of helpful and polite staff

Yes, when I had problems setting up heating I got helped

The gym is super clean, all staff there is super helpful too

easy accessible to facilities and good range of facilites bad aspects is that people can tailgate easily, more events should be organised after work hours especially gym classes. would appreciate evening classes jewellery making session organised by tansia was amazing and more events like these should be organised for residents. beth is also amazing receptionist and is very helpful and takes effort to know residents

swift response. but on some occasions no receipt of completion of work was sent. or some times feels like my request gone thru the holes

There's a huge range of shops and restuarant around the area, with easy access to the public transport. The onyl bad thing is probably how easy it is for people to tailgate someone into the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management responds to all my issues raised very fast, rypically within a few hours!

I wish I knew more about all the clubs, like the morning breakfast club!

Good quality shops, bars and restaurants a short walk away. Good transport links. Traffic noise is not an issue at all at our location but long stay parking is expensive

Yes we had a problematic dishwasher which they fairly promptly replaced after attempting to fix

There’s plenty more happening around Deansgate than you realise!
