    Really great location. 5 min walk and your right outside selfridges. Lots of parking if family or friends need to visit.

    Haven’t really had many issues but always super helpful.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Wish I’d known the dog park closed after a certain time, that’s the only downfall!

    The people in the area are really nice and staff in the building are really attentive, everything Is close by and the amenities in the building are amazing

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The response was amazing to any problems. We’ve had especially Taliya who has been our lifeline in situations like the flood that happened and helping us moving. She really has been a saviour.

    no anti social behaviour , no loud neighbours , everyone seems nice and inviting. the staff are so helpful and welcoming. everything is perfect and the location is so ideal.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    i brought up in an email about scratches i noticed when i moved in and a week later i had maintenance men come in and sort it right out .

    i wish i’d known about the bin chute always being busy 😂 but other than i love it here !

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Great location with just a short walk to the town centre, very convenient. The noise level is minimal, making it a peaceful and comfortable stay while still being close to everything you need.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have recently reported a fault with my dishwasher unit today and am still awaiting a response, can’t comment on this yet

    The closest secure car park other than the in house solution is further than I’d like

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Well within walking distance of local shops. I believe under the bridge close to the apartment building there is some new developments such as a Pilates studio and coffee shops. Kallos at the bottom of the building is gorgeous. Overall a good area to live in. Occasionally there is some very loud music, coming from the nearby area, possibly a pub. That’s the only ever time we are disrupted.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Devon who we have contacted for maintenance problems has been really good, responds to issues promptly and actually gets things done. Steve on concierge is also great. He responds to issues fast and seems to actually care about sorting any problems you have. Also just a generally nice person and an asset to the development. When trying to contact the building management team it is near enough impossible. Unresponsive to multiple emails, don’t seem to care about fixing issues or responding to feedback.

    I wish we had listened to some of the reviews online about the building being poorly managed, it really lets down what an excellent development this is.
