Accommodation.

The downstairs accommodation comprises a spacious dining room with wide windows framed by wood panelling, looking to the rear garden. With ample room for a table to seat 10, the dining room is adorned with cornicing, picture rail and a feature, red, tiled fireplace.  The dual-aspect living room, the centrepiece of this beautiful home, has an impressive bay window perfect for whiling away the hours looking out across the front garden and over to the open spaces beyond. With a working fireplace featuring white tiles and a wooden surround, as well as picture rail, cornicing and wood panelling to the windows, the living room is utterly charming. To the side of the living room, a smaller snug/living room, also with large front-facing windows and wood panelling, offers a cosy space for relaxing.

The dining kitchen, to the rear of the house, is fitted with a wide range of upper and lower cabinets with a composite one-and-a-half sink, integrated dishwasher, wall-mounted grill and a large free-standing Rangemaster gas stove, with overhead extractor fan.  Ample space for a further large table to sit 8. Leading from the rear of the kitchen is a large utility room/maid's area, with a sink and the boiler. From the utility room is an additional storage area and the downstairs WC .

Half-glazed double doors lead out to the rear garden, and a carpeted staircase leads to an upper floor double bedroom, Bedroom 6, which was formerly the maid's room. A perfect retreat for a home office or private bedroom for a teenager or family.
