Entrance to the lodge is via an Entrance Hall / Utility Room, featuring an integral full height freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, with additional storage, a work top with inset sink and drainer. The 'Worcester Bosch boiler is hidden in one of the cupboards and will provide heating and hot water for your home.

Walking through into the open plan living area your eyes will be drawn via the vaulted ceiling to the stunning open views coming not just from the bi folding doors but from the well positioned windows too.

Integral to the kitchen are the five ring gas hob, with electric oven below, set in the ample worksurface allowing plenty of preparation space and an inset sink and drainer. Leading from here is the dining area with two floor to ceiling windows and a further window to the side making the most of the views.
