Good access to public transport as near the train and bus station! Close to the centre of town so great to pop to the shops :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve been living at Mustard Wharf for ~6 months now after moving overseas. I immediately knew it was the place for me after seeing the location; with tons of great restaurants, pubs, and cafes nearby, easily accessible to City Centre, shopping centers, and walking paths. The area has been safe, quiet and laidback despite being so close (6 min walk) to the train station. The staff at reception are all welcoming and very friendly and have made the transition to the area seamless. Every time I stop by the main building Jac is always amazing, whether it’s to help out with any questions or just saying hello and asking about your day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff always respond to and are on top of handling any facility issues very promptly. After my initial move in I had an issue with the door key and the same day one of the staff, Jac, was upstairs helping get it sorted. Ryan and the facility management staff have been great with responding to alteration requests and always give as far advance notice about any planned work going on as well - whether it be inside the flat or in common areas.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
All of the amenities; On top of the gym and common areas, as a resident you’ll get discounts to some locally partnered businesses and a number of organized events that are great for meeting other residents. You also have a good amount of flexibility with requests to decorate the flats, allowing you to make it truly feel like your own place.

I really love living on the Tower Works complex, the area is fab, with loads of great bars, restaurants and fitness facilities. It’s really quiet for a central location too, away from the crowds but with plenty of people in the immediate community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management always deal with every item in a swift and friendly manner. Jac on reception is an absolute dream to communicate with, always professional, responsive and has time and energy to help with items.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Put your name down for a car parking space asap to avoid disappointment.

Amazing location, however I have missed to have a car park close by, instead I had to rent a parking space elsewhere.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team were always super fast to reply to any issues we had. Ellen has been fantastic at her role, very helpful and understanding.

You can privately use the meeting room without any extra cost, excellent for those working from home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location to live, station is less than a 5 minute walk great for commuting, city centre is a short walk too just the other side of the station. Lots of bars, restaurants and cafes on the door step. Feels safe to walk home, not really any noise or anti social behaviour. Parking unless you have a space with your apartment is not really possible unless you want to pay city centre prices.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes maintenance team (Laura - a star!) was fab and sorted my issue immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only bad is the sofa! And sometimes not being able to attend the events as full up so fast….
