    Very close the the Brighton main station, and Sainsbury's. Also very close the the bus station. London Road however is not my favourite place.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very prompt responses. Easy to reach 3ven visa WhatsApp.

    Nothing worth mentioning in this box. Everything is as expected.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The local area is great, really good proximity to the station. I commute to London twice a week so this has been a big factor for me! London road has everything you need, and Preston Park is only a short walk away so there is good access to shops and green space.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have not raised any issues of my own but have experienced some building-wide hot water shortages. I think these have all been handled relatively well and sorted promptly. Given how frequent these are, it might be worth having a 24/7 monitor of the boiler that alerts staff directly so the issue can be resolved quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I only recently joined the WhatsApp group despite moving in a while ago - wish I had known about this sooner! It’s super useful and a very friendly community.

    The gym is very modern and the terraces are incredible! The team are always happy to help and the co-working area is a bonus! Murdell has been a Godsend and super helpful in settling me in by hanging my pictures and curtains. Location is so central. Could not recommend living here enough.

    Super quick. No issues at all and really impressed. Good system too.

    I can't actually think of anything at the moment I am really happy.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Lots of local amenities, cafes, shops, etc. it's also close to the station, but far enough from the centre to not be hit by really bad traffic. Only bad thing really is parking and noise - but that's no surprise to anyone who choses this area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very quickly, really appreciate the WhatsApp channels and online portal for requests.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Noisy neighbours sometimes can be an issue here, the bass blasts through the walls. Also the pigeon situation is slightly out of control, but it's moving in the right direction.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The area is very convenient with plenty of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pubs within walking distance and it is very close to the train station. There are also nice parks and green spaces nearby which make the neighbourhood feel pleasant and relaxed. Public transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and train stations, making commuting straightforward. The street itself is generally quiet and safe, with regular bin collections and no major issues with anti-social behaviour. Overall a perfect location to live in Brighton as you are so close to the city center and major attractions

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have always been so prompt to deal with any issues, usually within the day and always keep clear communication.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient the area is on a daily basis, especially for transport, shops and cafés nearby. The neighbourhood is generally quieter than it first appears during viewings, particularly in the evenings.
