We’ve lived in College Green for almost 12 years and have been really happy here.
It’s felt a very safe place to bring up a young family and we feel lucky to have lived so close to Westow Park.
The neighbourhood is quiet and our neighbours are friendly and kind. We moved to Crystal Palace from Brixton not really knowing the area. It offers great restaurants, cafes, pubs, independent shops and a lovely weekend market. There’s lots of green space locally or within a short drive. Crystal Palace feels like a suburban village and has a thriving and welcoming community.
As a family of 4 the house has afforded us lots of space and we have found the integral storage incredibly useful. We will be sad to leave our beautiful home, our lovely neighbours and our jacuzzi bath!
DIRECTIONS
College Green is a pretty side road located just off Harold Road which is a popular tree lined road in the heart of Crystal Palace. Situated close by are green spaces of Westow Park and Upper Norwood Recreation Park with its tennis courts and basketball courts and only a short walk to Crystal Palace Triangle.
