The Owners Love - The owners loved the location and “the quiet and peaceful atmosphere”. Their favourite thing about the bungalow was “the position and the sense of space the property has”. They are particularly pleased with “the garden, which is full of wildlife habitats with a wide diversity or bird life as well as a 25 year old purely organic vegetable plot, which has been highly productive, as well as a variety of soft fruit, apple, and damson trees.”. They think that the perfect buyers will be “somebody with an eye for potential and make the most of the fantastic plot”. 

There are two good size bedrooms at the rear of the bungalow with the master at the far side, with fitted in wardrobes and a window looking out to the garden room. Beyond here is a study, which could be used for a variety of purposes and links through to the garden room. The second bedroom is again a good size and positioned in the middle of the property. The bathroom is at the front of the property and fitted with a three-piece suite including bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

In front of the garages is a large driveway for several vehicles.
