The main floor centres on an open-plan volume where kitchen, dining and living areas run parallel to a broad, level terrace that reads as a continuous plane. Floor-to-ceiling glazing draws in light as a defining element, cooler and direct in the morning, warmer and more diffuse by late afternoon, shifting across pale walls and seamless flooring.
