    I cannot really comment as the tenant has not moved in yet. However the road has not been finished yet and there was somebody else parked on our drive when we went to the property 19.02.26

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The back gate had been fixed promptly after I had reported it was missing from the viewing. Alisha gave a very swift reply when I had reported all he mail including collections for utility companies.

    Maybe that the property would require two different utility accounts for water.

    Great location with everything you need nearby. Shops are very close and the train station is only about 4 minutes by car, which makes commuting really easy. Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable place to live and I’m very happy here.

    We always receiving response within few hours staff are always friendly and helpful

    Overall experience was great so there is nothing I would like to mention

    The houses are conveniently located to most amenities. They are well maintained and looked after in a very quiet and calm environment . I have my own parking spaces , it’s easy to get from point A to point B and I love all this about the house.

    The local area around Assembly Park is peaceful and safe. There are several supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and Telford Shopping Centre is only a short drive away. Public transport is convenient, with bus routes and the train station not too far. Parking on our street is easy, and bin collections are regular and reliable. Overall, it’s a pleasant and convenient place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Management responded quickly and professionally to any issues, always making sure everything was resolved efficiently.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It would have been nice to know that the management team regularly organizes community events. It really helps to get to know neighbours and makes the place feel welcoming.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Excellent local Co-op with great staff. There are also a selection of nearby supermarkets like Aldi, Morrisons and Tesco. Telford town centre is only a 15 minute drive away. Close links to a railway station with Wellingston station is in walking distance. Great open spaces with Dothill nature reserve and fields nearby. Living here has been great with no anti-social behaviour or traffic noise. Driving around the estate recently has been a challenge due to current road works and road surfacing that is taking place soon.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The responses from the building management have been quick and always friendly. Only issue was how long it took for us to get our bathroom extractor fan fixed. We had many appointments booked to get this sorted but electrician didn't show up. It was the third time lucky in the end.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It would have been good to see a plan of what works that were upcoming on the development so we knew what to expect in terms of road works etc.
