Description
The Ultimate Coastal-Commuter Sweet Spot. Positioned in the highly sought-after pocket of West Hove, The Pinnacle hits the absolute sweet spot between relaxed seaside living and vibrant urban convenience. You are just a 10-minute stroll from the beachfront promenade for morning coastal walks, and a stone's throw from Portland Road and Poets Corner—home to a thriving collection of artisan coffee shops, acclaimed pubs, and independent boutiques. It offers a distinct, neighbourly community feel without sacrificing any of the cosmopolitan energy of central Brighton.
Seamless Commuting & Connectivity: Logistically, this location takes the friction out of daily travel, making it an ideal base for professionals and families alike:
Rail Links: A short walk to Aldrington and Portslade stations provides effortless train links, getting you into Brighton station in 15 minutes or directly Central London.
Road & Air Travel: Fast, direct connections to the A23 and A27 bypass central traffic bottlenecks, putting Gatwick Airport just a 30-minute drive away.
Zero-Stress Practicalities: The property includes an allocated off-road parking space (complete with EV charging capabilities) and secure bike storage, successfully eliminating the notorious Hove evening parking hunt.
With excellent local primary schools and nurseries right on your doorstep, it's a beautifully considered neighbourhood for anyone wanting coastal charm combined with bulletproof transport links.
The apartment itself is gorgeous. The open plan living space is quite spectacular. Bathed in natural sunlight from the wall of glass that is the south facing bifold doors and windows, the room has ample space for both formal dining area and soft living. The kitchen is high spec and well laid out with ample counter top and low- and high-level storage. The balcony is an inviting area, up high and out of the way - the views are really captivating. A full 180 degree vista from Brighton's seafront icons to the east across to Shoreham and beyond on a clear day.
The bedrooms are an excellent size, again with lots of natural light and both with wardrobes. The sellers have bedroom two as an occasional guest room (sofa bed at the ready!) The bathroom is again: crisp and contemporary. Natural stone colour tiling and a white bathroom suite that includes a full-length bath with a screened Shower. The large walk in utility/store cupboard is home to the modern hot water system and plumbing for a washing machine.
What else makes this a stand out great buy? Its beautifully presented and needs no large reserve of funds to make good. It has the comfort and security of the balance of the new home warranty. It comes with a good long lease. The dedicated parking space is great and can comfortably cope with a large modern car- it's also close to the entrance which is great when the rain is flooding down! The building is well insulated which means that running costs are more reasonable. Our apartment doesn't have anyone above the living/dining room. It's secure and well managed.
