A Message from the Owners

Having purchased our flat in 2016, we have truly loved living here for the past ten years. We originally bought the property as a young couple and were immediately drawn to its fantastic location, being so close to Stratford Station, Stratford High Street DLR. It also offered something quite rare for the area; generous space compared with many of the newer builds in Stratford, spanning just over 800 sq ft.

One of our favourite parts of the home has always been the wonderful open living and kitchen space. It has been the perfect place for cooking, entertaining, and spending time with friends and family. Over the years, we have lovingly renovated the entire property to a high standard and created a home we are incredibly proud of.

The building itself has also been a joy to live in. Our concierge is fantastic and always so helpful, especially with parcels and deliveries. We have also loved being able to walk to the Olympic Park, the Aquatics Centre, and East Village, and having Westfield Stratford right on our doorstep has been incredibly convenient.

Since welcoming our daughter over two years ago, we have realised it is time for us to move on to the next chapter and allow new owners to enjoy and love the property as much as we have over the past decade. To give future owners peace of mind, we have also extended the lease in recent years so that it will not be a concern for many years to come.

This flat has been a wonderful home for us, and we will truly miss it.
