Description

Tucked away on a well-positioned cul-de-sac, this well-presented townhouse offers bright, well-proportioned accommodation arranged over multiple levels, with the added benefits of off-street parking and a private patio.

The ground floor provides an open-plan reception and kitchen space with excellent natural light and contemporary finishes, making it well suited to both everyday living and entertaining. To the rear, there is direct access to a secluded, walled patio, an ideal low-maintenance outdoor space.

The upper floors comprise two double bedrooms and a third single bedroom or study, offering flexibility for home working, guests or nursery use. A modern family bathroom completes the accommodation. The property is maintained to an excellent standard throughout.

Parkside Crescent is conveniently located for the green open spaces of Isledon Gardens and Finsbury Park, while Finsbury Park and Arsenal stations provide strong transport connections. A wide selection of independent shops, cafés and restaurants can be found nearby along Stroud Green Road and Holloway Road.

Owners insights:

What do you love about your home?
Having some private outside space was really important to us, and the patio has been perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning, summer BBQs and a bit of low-maintenance greenery. We were also immediately drawn to the freehold tenure and the convenience of off-street parking, as we wanted to avoid leasehold costs and service charges. The layout has worked brilliantly for us: we used the second double bedroom as an additional reception space with a lovely outlook towards the gardens at the front, while the smaller room has been ideal as a child’s bedroom and could equally work well as a study.

Why are you selling?
We’re moving to be closer to family.

What do you love about the area?
Finsbury Park has a vibrant, eclectic feel with a great balance of characterful streets, local amenities and green space. Despite being so well connected, Parkside Crescent itself is a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac with a real sense of community. We’ve made close friends with neighbours here, including some we expect to remain lifelong friends. There’s a local email group that keeps residents connected and shares information about events and the community allotment on Parkside Crescent, and the nursery directly opposite is a huge plus for families. Having Isledon Gardens so close by is fantastic for day-to-day life, and you’re also within easy reach of cafés and independent shops, as well as excellent transport links and bus routes into Central and North London from Finsbury Park.
