Stepney green has great access to victoria Park and Hackney which become the hubs. The Rusty bike, coborn and lord tredegar give a range of good locals. Fizzy Stepney Green is right by the station so always feels safe to walk between.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really quick to respond to issues. When maintenance request was put in, always had someone come the same day. The handymen were very professional and always fixed the issue
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The hot water is provided to all the buildings in the area by a single facility managed by a separate company. Occasionally went down but the fizzy team were very on it chasing the third party.

The good: great transport links, plenty of restaurants, lots of shopping options and also presence of security. The bad: very busy at all times, particularly when West Ham play at home

The concierge team are highly responsive to requests

The management team are unable to accommodate requests for furniture removal (ie removing bed from a second room so that it can be used as an office).

The experience of living in Hayes has been a pleasant surprise. The area is great. There are shops and restaurants nearby making life very convenient. However, the highlight of living in here has to be the transportation links to Central London. It is very convenient to get to. Not to forget the link to Heathrow Airport. Honestly couldn’t be easier! We are loving Hayes as a base to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not had to raise any problems or issues thus far.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Something else that we wish we would have known prior to moving in was that the private dining room is available to be booked, but only twice per year per resident. This is a wonderful amenity and a great space to hold special occasions, so it was nice to know that this was available within the community, although it was something that would have been nice to know prior to moving in.

Momento Hayes has a beautiful surrounding area with a serene environment. It is just a 10minutes walk from the train station which is so good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues so far. Everything has been working fine

I wish it’s more closer to the city center. But it’s not bad where it is
