Main House - Ground Floor

To the left, you enter the living room (5.25 x 5.2m) with its large windows looking both north and south and fireplace providing a cosy ambience in the winter. This room also features an original stone sink built into the wall – a reminder of the history of the building.

Gite

The functional, bright kitchen (3.8 x 2.92m) has a dining table and access to the delightful 1st floor terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. Grounds and Garden

The landscaped gardens feature a variety of mature broadleaf and evergreen trees, shrubs, lawns, fruit trees and a small pond. There is a shed (5 x 2.5m) and water supply at the southern end of the garden. In the pool area, there is a small shed (1.45 x 0.7m) containing the pump and filters for the swimming pool, as well as a separate, secure storage area (3 x 2.1m) for sun loungers and pool equipment. There are water taps on the southern and northern side of the house.

A secure metal garage (5.6 x 3.3m) is accessible from the parking area with space for 1 car or garden machinery. There is an abri (5.47 x 3.25m) which could accommodate a campervan or be used as a workshop or for tool storage, plus a dry area for storing wood.
