5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great for dog walking, getting to local transit stations is a long walk. Overall, not bad but you’d have to be prepared to walk in the rain and be wet to get to work.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and with high levels of effectivity. Overall id score them 9/10
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
communal living costs, levels of energy consumption.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a good mix of local shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs within walking distance, ranging from independent spots to well-known chains. Day-to-day essentials like supermarkets, pharmacies and takeaways are easy to access, and there are usually several options for eating out or grabbing coffee nearby. There are also a few pleasant green spaces and small parks within a short walk, which are useful for exercise, relaxing, or walking pets. Transport links are generally very convenient. There are regular bus services nearby and a local rail or Underground station within reasonable walking distance, making it straightforward to travel into central London or other parts of the city. At peak commuting times the trains and buses can get busy, and road traffic can be slow during rush hour, but overall connectivity is a major advantage of the area. Living on the street itself is typically fairly quiet for an urban neighbourhood. Parking can sometimes be limited, particularly in the evenings, and many streets operate permit parking for residents. Bin collections usually run weekly and are reliable as long as bins are put out at the correct time. Like most London areas there may occasionally be some street noise or minor anti-social behaviour late at night near busier roads or pubs, but it is generally manageable. Traffic noise varies depending on proximity to main roads, while residential side streets tend to be much calmer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally been responsive and helpful when issues are raised. Communication is clear and they usually acknowledge problems quickly. Most maintenance requests are dealt with within a reasonable timeframe, and updates are provided when needed. Overall, they appear organised and willing to resolve concerns raised by residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the location can feel slightly awkward at first. It is a bit tucked away, so routes to nearby areas are not always the most direct. It takes a little time to get used to navigating the surrounding streets.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great with good access to local shops, restaurants and open spaces. Transport links are generally convenient; however, the 225 bus service is not very reliable, which can be stressful when planning journeys. The underground parking is a positive feature and feels secure. Bin collection services are regular and well managed. The street is generally quiet, with minimal anti-social behaviour, making it a comfortable place to live overall.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
On time, they attend as fast as possible with proper communication
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Storage space is more limited than it first appeared. Cupboards looked spacious when empty, but once fully moved in, it felt tighter than expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location opposite Deptford Park. Easy access to Deptford and Canada Water for jubilee line. South Bermondsey also close. If you like Padel one of the best facilities in London is 10 minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been very helpful in all aspects of building management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The best coffee is down in Deptford at Elsewhere. Is a leisurely 20 minutes stroll.
