    Assembly Park, TF1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The estate is close to many supermarkets, schools and even the hospital. Is a bit more out of the way for restaurants and bars etc, however, due to this it does reward with a quiet way of living. Roads are quite narrow especially when you’re parked on the road and can get quite busy when parents are collecting children from the gym, however, there is plenty of drive space to fit 2 cars per household. The estate is always left clean and there is rarely litter flying around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not dealt with any issues to comment so n/a

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym can get very busy around end of working day and can at times be difficult to navigate round to your home

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very nice area with great availability of transport links and range of local shops, restaurants and cafes but most of all great open spaces for nature walks. Safe neighbourhood with no anti social behaviours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lynn, the new property manager personally reached out to me immediately with great care and attention to detail, followed up regularly to drive my maintenance requests to resolutions quickly. Top customer service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew this place sooner, safe area with great property, transport links and fantastic property management.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Exceptional area to live as everything you need is within reach. The only challenge is the car noise we hear in the bedroom because of the location of our house

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Wifi wasn't working but fixed within days. Toilet doesn't flush and still waiting for someone to fix- disappointing!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Test the toilets ro ensure it flushes. I wish I knew the number of lovely restaurants and places to go around here. Cineworld, Nandos, The Gym to name a few. Absolutely brilliant!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Willow house is in a very nice, area - although development is still ongoing there a number local shops and resturants within easy reach.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all queries have been answered in timely fashion.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only that, as of the time of writing the closest shops are on the next estate over (Shenley Brook End) although it's a short walk and an even shorter drive so it's really a massive issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I cannot really comment as the tenant has not moved in yet. However the road has not been finished yet and there was somebody else parked on our drive when we went to the property 19.02.26

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The back gate had been fixed promptly after I had reported it was missing from the viewing. Alisha gave a very swift reply when I had reported all he mail including collections for utility companies.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe that the property would require two different utility accounts for water.
