5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's great to be so close to the tram (Cornbrook) and within walking distance of Deansgate and the city centre. I just wish there was a decent coffee shop/bakery nearby - gap in the market for someone to exploit!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problems have been dealt with promptly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there isn't a decent coffee shop or bakery close by.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is very convenient and well connected. There are many local shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and Birmingham city centre is only a short distance away. Public transport is easily accessible with bus routes nearby and the train stations are also close. The area generally feels safe and lively. Parking can sometimes be limited depending on the time of day, but overall it is a comfortable place to live with good access to amenities and services.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been responsive and helpful whenever issues were raised. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and the staff are always cooperative and willing to assist residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly there was nothing unexpected. The experience has been very positive and the building and management have met my expectations.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The residence is located in a very convenient location, walking distance from the Manchester city centre. There are two supermarkets which are open 24 hours a day in a few minutes away. The Salford Central railway station is just 5 minutes from the accommodation.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management responded to the issues we raised promptly and made sure the issues were rectified at the earliest.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The management uses the service of a third party to arrange the utility supplier accounts ready when new tenants move in. If a previous tenant has changed to another electricity supplier during their tenancy without informing the management it may go unnoticed and there may be multiple suppliers claiming to supply the apartment. It’s always a good idea to confirm with the national grid when you move in who is the actual supplier and close any additional accounts.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on Suffolk Street Queensway is incredibly convenient. Being right in the heart of Birmingham, we have the Mailbox and Grand Central just a short walk away for shopping and dining. Transport links are excellent with New Street Station so close, though the city center noise is expected. It’s a vibrant, busy area that’s perfect for professionals.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team is very responsive. Whenever I've raised a minor issue, they’ve handled it quickly. Abdul at the reception is especially proactive; he ensures that any maintenance requests or parcel queries are followed up on immediately, which is much appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how much of a difference a good reception team makes! Having Abdul there to greet you and help with logistics like deliveries makes the move much smoother. Also, it’s worth noting that while the area is central and busy, the building itself feels very secure and private.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
everything is close by, nice architecture, lovely granite buildings, nice view of Union Terrace Gardens, probably the nicest part of the city centre
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
they have responded quickly and offered solutions, done checks and kept on top of things
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish i had seen more of the roof terrace it is truly impressive
