Vines Cross is a popular little village centred around a duck pond and a village pub. There is lovely open countryside all around the village with many public footpaths. Only 2.5 miles from Heathfield town, Heathfield Community College and primary schools. 1.4 miles to the village of Horam and the A267 linking to Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells. 8.6 miles to Stonegate Station with services to London Bridge and Charing Cross. Heathfield offers a good range of local shops and amenities along with restaurants and takeaways, Waitrose and three other supermarkets. Horam also has a small supermarket along with local shops, golf course, tennis club, riding school and vineyard.

Directions: From the A267, where it runs through Horam, turn down a steep hill onto the B2203. Take the third turning on the right hand side into Vines Cross Road. At the end turn left onto Nettlesworth Lane. The property can be found after approximately 400m on the right hand side.
