Description

Greater London Properties Presents
Greater London Properties are pleased to present this beautifully arranged one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a characterful building on Berwick Street, in the heart of vibrant Soho. Offering approximately 720 sq ft of well-designed living space, the property combines modern interiors with classic Soho charm and sits moments from the iconic Berwick Street Market.

The Property
This stylish apartment features wooden flooring throughout and a thoughtfully arranged layout which maximises both space and natural light. The living area is a particularly impressive space, boasting three large sash windows which flood the room with natural light and create a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The property also benefits from a spacious modern eat-in kitchen, offering plenty of room for dining and everyday living, a generous double bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, providing excellent storage and enhancing the apartment’s practicality. One of the standout features is the balconied atrium leading to a stunning bathroom, complete with a Japanese-style deep soaking bath and shower—an ideal place to unwind after a day exploring London. Positioned on the second floor, the property offers a comfortable and private living environment while still enjoying the character and energy of Soho living.

Location and Transport
Located in the heart of Soho, the apartment is surrounded by an exciting mix of renowned restaurants, cafés, boutique shops and cultural landmarks. The famous Berwick Street Market is just moments away, along with the wider amenities of the West End.

Transport links are excellent, with Tottenham Court Road Station and Oxford Circus Station both within easy walking distance, providing convenient access to the Central, Northern, Victoria and Elizabeth lines and allowing quick connections across London.

'What the Owner Says'
I have loved living in this truly quirky and charming one-bedroom flat in the heart of Soho for the past 38 years. Set within a beautifully preserved 18th-century Grade II listed building, it has always felt like a special place to call home. The flat is wonderfully light and airy, and over the years I’ve enjoyed seeing how the historic character blends so naturally with the stylish modern touches throughout.

Cooking has always been a pleasure here. The kitchen is beautifully designed and well thought out, perfect for preparing a proper meal before heading out to enjoy everything Soho has to offer. The living space has such a bright and welcoming feel, full of personality and character that reflects the unique spirit of the neighbourhood.

One of my favourite features is the balconied atrium that leads to the stunning bathroom. The Japanese-style deep soaking bath and shower create a wonderfully calming space and it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day in London.

Of course, the location is truly unbeatable. Being right in the middle of Soho means you are surrounded by theatres, world-class restaurants, lively bars and an incredible music history. There’s always something happening just outside the door. A fun little detail I’ve always loved is that the building even appears on the cover of Oasis’s iconic album What’s the Story Morning Glory?, which has always been a great talking point for visiting friends and music lovers alike.
