The wood laminate flooring in the Hall, Lounge/Diner and Kitchen is in great shape, so it would just be two new carpets needed in the two bedrooms.

The windows are still good with no seals gone and again these will clean up all but new again as well.

The wet room floor has faded in the showering area but putting down a new one, either as a replacement or straight over this one again will be a straightforward fairly easy job and again the bathroom will be back to all-but-as-new condition again.

With a final new coat of paint on the Front Door as well, this flat could, for fairly little money, come up beautifully with little hassle.
