Our opinion
This is a very appealing chalet in a peaceful, private position above Coupeau and the Valley floor. Big views, year-round sunshine hours and a sense of being amongst nature make this an interesting purchase.

Location
Chalet Annabelle is in one of the highest positions above Coupeau, on a no-through road with very few chalets beyond it. It is just under a 10-minute drive to the centre of les Houches and 15 minutes to Chamonix. Les Houches train station is at the base of the ascent, with a number of hiking trails close to the chalet itself.
