This place was created with the ambition of becoming a unique hideaway connected with nature, balance and tranquillity. Surrounded by beautiful oak forests in the Strandzha Mountains and only 6 km from the Black Sea coast, the hotel offers a favourable location for lovers of relaxation in nature. With monastic architecture inspired by some of the most famous monasteries in Bulgaria, combined with a modern interior design, the complex has its own distinctive character.

The concept of the hotel is original: a large building with only 20 boutique rooms, designed for peaceful relaxation. There are 9 spacious rooms on the ground floor, two of which are adapted for guests with reduced mobility, 9 suites on the first floor, and 2 romantic mezzanine rooms on the second floor, also suitable for families with children.

The rooms range in size from 43, 59 and 73 sq m, each with a bathroom and a balcony facing the swimming pool. Every room is equipped with an LCD television, internet access, telephone, safe, minibar, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom with a shower.

The building also includes two staircases, a housekeeping office and a conference hall. On the first floor there is a separate, fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms.

The hotel has its own asphalt access roads and a private car park with capacity for 14 vehicles, ensuring easy access and convenient parking, including for larger groups using the conference hall or attending wedding celebrations, yoga retreats or workshops.

The Garden

One of the most remarkable features of the hotel is its vast gardens. The rich vegetation includes a vegetable and citrus greenhouse, a botanical garden and a small river with reflecting pools. The area is also abundant in herbs.

The garden contains a variety of plants from around the world and has its own irrigation system.

The spa centre, swimming pool, amphitheatre and Gothic wall all contribute to the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The summer bar is a wonderful place for unforgettable summer evenings under the stars.

Location

The luxury family hotel is located on the outskirts of the Strandzha village of Pismenovo, only 6 km from the beach of Primorsko. The beautiful oak forests surrounding the hotel create a charming and serene atmosphere.

Strandzha is an area with a high concentration of ruins of Thracian sanctuaries, altars, dolmens and other archaeological sites. The region is also known for the distinctive architecture of its villages, its rich folklore and traditions, as well as the ancient Nestinarstvo (fire-dancing ritual).
