Description
These are new fitted Office & laboratory suites ready for occupation, located close to Foxton station and within the South Cambridge Life Science cluster. Phase 2 at The Press site will provide future expansion opportunities for Office & laboratory users to secure space in early 2025.

Phase 1 comprises of Units 2 &3 , which forms part of the original printing works built in 1908. The repurposing of this space is in keeping to the character of the site but will provide state of the art new laboratory and write up facilities. The two units will provide a mix of office and laboratory space. The lab space will provide fitted accommodation ready for immediate occupation.

- Spare capacity provided for communications or cold room
- Integrated lab drainage with trade effluent testing points
- 6-8air changes per hour available depending on lab:office ratio

Location
The Press is located in the centre of Foxton village, approximately 7 miles southwest of Cambridge and 11 miles northeast of Royston. The site is well connected by road, rail and the A10 cycle corridor whilst also being served by a bus stop and Foxton Railway station which is a 5-minute walk or 2-minute cycle ride away.
