Wonderful stay
Everything is top notch. Great facilities and amenities. Fabulous property management. You are getting everything at one place. All bill included- that’s the cherry on the top. Terrace, gym, wellness studio, cinema room , co working space just amazing.

Very nice area to live and fabulous amenities. Overall a good accommodation for long stay and even for short stay.

Modern living in a vibrant but busy Wembley location
The ARK development in Wembley is modern, well-designed, and generally a pleasant place to live. The apartments are finished to a good standard with a contemporary feel, and the overall building is well maintained. Facilities are decent, and the communal areas are usually kept clean and tidy.
Management is generally responsive, although like most developments, there can occasionally be delays when dealing with maintenance requests. Security feels adequate, and the building has a good sense of community. Noise insulation is reasonable, though some external noise can still be heard, particularly during busy periods in Wembley.
Overall, it’s a solid place to live with a good balance of comfort, location, and convenience. While not perfect, it offers a good standard of living and is suitable for both professionals and couples.

Wembley is a well-connected and convenient area with a good range of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, including the London Designer Outlet and Wembley Park. There are plenty of food options and green spaces within walking distance. Transport links are excellent, with Wembley Park station providing quick access into central London via the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines.
On the downside, the area can get very busy, especially during events at Wembley Stadium, which can lead to crowds, traffic, and occasional noise. Parking can also be limited at peak times. Overall, the area feels safe and lively, but it’s definitely not the quietest location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues are usually resolved within around 3–4 days after raising a ticket, which is reasonable. The management team is generally responsive and helpful. However, the app/system could be improved, as it’s not always the most user-friendly. Digital access (such as permanent digital key/cards) would also be a useful upgrade for residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The area can get very busy during events at Wembley Stadium, which brings large crowds, noise, and occasional disruption. It’s manageable, but something to be aware of if you prefer a quieter environment. Also, parking can be limited at peak times, so planning ahead is helpful.

My experience at Ark!
The design of the rooms is pretty great however I’d say a basic studio should have amenities like their own oven. The rooms lack this and mean one has to use the 12th floor shared kitchen for this. I do not know of many studio apartments where an oven isn’t provided. The facilities are OK, 12th floor pavilion is great for hosting guests, the loft I feel is a bit redundant and could be utilised better, and the media room is nice but I feel for how much space there is, more thought could go into the layout and utilisation of space.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good is that lots of new restaurants and shops are opening up, especially around the designer outlet. For example, Amorino just opened up and a new Tesco express right next to the stadium! The less good is parking I’d say. When I have guests over, it’s hard to find cheap car parking for them for a few hrs etc - it’d be nice if there was something like this for residents who don’t own cars but would like to use car parking for their guests.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Typically pretty fast via the app. Sometimes I raise questions and concerns on this and they get back to me promptly.

That the TVs in the rooms are not smart TVs!! I was shocked by this for such a new building

Good but could be better
Design is good, staffs are friendly, plenty of activities can social with others,… I do love the co-kitchen and working place which do increase my happiness and you know, even in terrible weather I can exercise, social, cooking with friends without going out.

Good thing is the design
Bad thing: Last Sunday, when I tried to use the dryer, I noticed two unpleasant odors, and it was unusable. I hope it can be inspected and dealt with as soon as possible.

Good Place to Live
I am loving the communal spaces here at Ark Wembley. The pavilion being my favourite with a section for book lovers and gamers. Perfect for a get together in the evenings. The loft is great for working from home. The kitchen is spacious so that helps with the cooking. There are community events that give you the opportunity to connect and socialise.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a good place to stay as the convenience to go shop at stores like Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury is really great. Also Greggs, Costa coffee are all within the radius of 1 km. Wembley park station is literally a 10 mins walk, that too through a beautiful park. I haven’t come across any behaviour or traffic noise so far. Parking can be tricky when there are matches in the stadium.

This can take some time….but eventually it is done
