Libourne

Sainte-Foy-La-Grande

A beautiful Bastide town with historic streets to explore.  A lively Saturday morning, good bakeries and butchers and good choice of restaurants.

Castillon is a buzzy riverside town with a very proactive Mairie - this is a town that is really starting to come to life.

Gensac

A small village with a lively local community.  Hilltop views, small cafés and lots of good walking routes.  Gensac has a friendly, social village feel 

Pujols

Quiet and calm with beautiful old stone houses and surrounded by great drives through the vineyards.

Pessac-sur-Dordogne

Pessac is the place to go for river-based activities - kayaking, swimming, picnics and cycling.  There's a good choice of restaurants with relaxed, riverside terraces.

Saint Émilion

Ever popular and always wonderful to explore.  Inside the walls you will discover steep, narrow streets with beautiful buildings and open squares.
