In 2008, we were the first official Portuguese mediator of SRU – Porto Vivo, and over these years we have contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of Porto´s historic center.

In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the Foz waterfront, where we opened a highly visible K&A flagship store.

In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Fairs, and launched the first K&A magazine.

In January 2020, we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” – Let´s find housing for the homeless in Porto.

In September 2020, we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, namely the Golden Triangle in the Algarve.

In 2022, we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
