Monikie is a small country village north east of Dundee, and this development is situated next to the small local primary school. Nearby Broughty Ferry is just 10 minute’s car drive to a selection of superb shops, pubs, restaurants, gorgeous beach, sailing clubs, rowing club and Tayside Sea Kayak Club. The County of Angus is great for the sporting enthusiasts with many terrific golf courses such as Carnoustie, Montrose & Edzell all in easy reach.
