A WORD FROM THE OWNER:

"Living here has been a dream for us, we adore this flat and will be so sad to leave it. Having two large double bedrooms has been great for having guests to stay, with one also doubling up as the perfect home office. Our living room is the most warm, inviting space and the kitchen and bathroom both have great storage and are super practical. Some of our favourite features of the flat are how light and airy every room feels, the original floorboards throughout, and the stunning fireplaces!

The garden is also a haven to sit out in on a warm evening and we have the best neighbours who always help look after our cat - they’re one of the things we’ll miss most! We’ve recently redecorated the majority of the rooms with Farrow & Ball paint and have also fitted a brand new boiler so the house is in great condition for someone to move in and make it a home immediately.

This pocket of Walthamstow is so special, being a few minutes walk from the gorgeous Lloyd park whilst also only being a 10 minute walk to two stations (Walthamstow Central & Blackhorse Road) makes it the perfect spot. Our local pub, The Rose & Crown, is one of the best in London and you’re never short of choices for amazing coffee, pastries or restaurants with Orford Road also just a short walk away. We feel so lucky to have lived here! "

About The Stow Brothers, Walthamstow & Leyton

236 Hoe Street, London, E17 3AY
Industry affiliations:

Our story. Brothers and agents with their own ideas.

Working at various local estate agents, they made a point of considering what they could do better and differently. They deconstructed the old ways, cultivating their own vision and approach. So when the first branch of Stow Brothers launched, their philosophy was clearly defined - to make the entire experience of buying or selling a property as smooth, stress-free and satisfying as possible. The Stow Brothers' style was refreshingly contemporary and open. It centred around being personable, pragmatic and proactive. Not only with their own buyers and sellers, but with others along the chain too. Andrew and Kenny recognised the power of human connection. They knew that everyone they met could potentially come full circle, and one day also become a Stow Brothers customer. A strong visual persona and appreciation of design aesthetics played a critical part in their success story too. Eight years on, The Stow Brothers have grown to become more of an extended family. They are now an established business, with over 50 staff operating from four branches across East London. However, they remain true to their guiding principles, ever-progressive in outlook, and rooted in the community that made them.

Unlike other agents we reward our staff on the quality of work not the quantity of their sales. The customer experience is at the heart of everything we do and our team are rewarded for the feedback they receive.

Our doors are always open, so if you need our free and impartial advice on buying, selling or letting a property please pop by to one of our offices for a chat.
