The property is just outside the village of Stalos, just 1 km south of the long sandy beach of the area and 15 minutes' drive west of the city center of Chania. The building was completed and first used in 2007. It is oriented to the northeast and follows the natural ground, therefore, it has beautiful views to the sea in the distance, even from the garden area.

Around the pool, there is a large area for sunbathing, while at the back and next to the residence, there are big trees, where you can relax in the shade. Behind the building, free space has been left, where many different fruit trees have been added.
