At the back of the house is a patio and a purpose made garden 'sitting room' made from composite decking/timber structure and roof. Steps lead to an area of lawn with a further decked area and then extends to a stocked raised border and garden with timber shed. All is safely enclosed with larch lap fencing.
Services: Mains gas central heating, water and electricity. Tax Band E.
The Green Lane Estate was developed in the mid 1980's to early 1990's. There are groups of individual cul-de-sacs interspersed with green areas of woodland interspersed with paths. It is very easy to either walk out to the countryside or walk into the town. Parkside school is on the estate and is a huge draw as it has a very limited catchment area. There is a bus stop at the top which then goes into the town, through to Tunbridge Wells or Eastbourne.
The High Street is only a mile and Heathfield offers a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, medical amenities, takeaways, a pub, restaurants and cafes. The town has many social clubs and groups, some attached to active churches and there are annual events that draw the locals together.
