Such a great area, so many bars and cafes close by! Gets a little noisy on sunny days when the local bars have the tables outside

Good - 10 min walk into town, 10 min walk to the train station Manchester Piccadilly & Manchester Victoria, 5 min walk to Aldi Bad - I actually can’t think of anything!!

It’s a perfect location. Being based in Ancoats it’s amazing specifically with my work pattern. Having the ability to nip in and out of town easily makes it so easy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Terry resolves most issues very quickly. In the instances where we have had issues out of his control the communication has been good.

That the gym would be a temporary facility to the site

The area is absolutely perfect, there is everything you would ever need right on your doorstep, a great selection of bars, restaurants and also a post office situated directly opposite the building - I couldn’t fault the area at all! The only negative I would say, is occasionally homeless are sleeping outside of the building, which can be quite off-putting at times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always - we’ve barely had any issues since living here however, whenever anything small as cropped up, the issue has been solved so quickly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I do wish we would’ve known earlier that the gym that used to be available wouldn’t be coming back after its closure - this was such a good perk and one of the reasons we chose to live here!

No bad aspects! All facilities are lovely and well kept! Rooms and communal areas are immaculate. Loads of choices for shops and restaurants nearby and great transport links with Piccadilly and Victoria station only 10 or so minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The App makes it really easy to sort any issues we have. Response time is great.

When we moved in, we were well informed about everything so knew everything we needed to know when we decided to move in.
