A serene contemporary finca by Munarq, placed quietly in the landscape just outside Cas Concos. Clean lines, earthy tones and a monastic calm define the 243 sqm layout, where polished concrete, solid oak and iroko wood shape a palette of honest, tactile materials.

From the outside, the house appears as a sculptural composition of cubic volumes, its earth-toned render blending seamlessly with the Mallorcan soil. The architecture feels grounded and elemental – walls rising with quiet confidence from a garden of native plants, stone and lavender. A series of terraces and pathways wrap around the building, guiding movement through open and shaded areas. The stepped roofs and carefully proportioned openings frame the surrounding countryside, while a vertical chimney adds a sculptural rhythm to the silhouette.

At the heart of the house, the open-plan living area unfolds around a circular fireplace, with long views across the Mediterranean landscape. The Mobalco kitchen in iroko and stone anchors the space with refined simplicity, complemented by a pantry and a discreet guest toilet. To the west, the primary bedroom opens to a private terrace and patio, its en suite bathroom featuring a monolithic built-in bath and double washbasins carved from the same material palette. The eastern wing accommodates three further bedrooms – one with an en suite bathroom and two sharing another; each offering calm, light-filled retreats.

Designed for slow living and intelligent comfort, the finca is fully solar powered and off-grid, featuring underfloor heating and integrated air-conditioning.
