As was their standard practice, the Venetians, in large part on the ground floor, created solid walls and vaulted ceilings supported by arches, which has allowed the entire structure of the building to remain in excellent condition, despite the centuries that have passed. The size of the property is suitable for any professional use, but it can also become a residence with countless unique elements, which, if you highlight them properly, you can have an impressive and luxurious result.

The building has two main frontages that face south and east; there is enough space where a good-sized garden, parking spaces, or a swimming pool can be added. Along the frontage of the plot, there is a high slope, which adds privacy and ensures beautiful views of the lush surrounding area, while there is also a second alternative access. On the first floor, there is also a spacious eastern balcony, which, among other things, has views of the sea and the Gulf of Kissamos in the distance. The building is entirely made of stone. It is arranged over two levels, and from time to time modifications have been made in various areas. Therefore, one part has slabs on the roof, and another has tiles.
