We love living here because the location is fantastic. It is so peaceful because we overlook a green area, yet we are close to Hoole centre. We love being close to the array of restaurants, cafes, and individual shops which include a super greengrocer and butchers. We are literally a 15 minute walk from the station and an easy walk into the centre of Chester. The Green path is on the doorstep, so we can walk along this to the canal or to the parks. The house has been a great home for entertaining friends and family. The courtyard is a bonus, as is the additional loo!! The log burner makes the whole house cosy in the winter, so fuel bills are lower. It is a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, where people look out for each other. It has been a fantastic home for us.
