What The Seller Says - My family moved here in the famously cold winter of 1962/63; mum, dad, 3 kids and grandad. I remember the day we arrived sitting in the front room on a bare floor (surrounded by lots of boxes), but this was soon transformed to a warm and loving family home by mum and dad. Grandad handed out mint humbugs and tended the roses in the front garden – one of which still remains. Lots of happy memories.
