This historic townhouse stands proudly within the village’s stone-built fabric, its façade composed of hand-laid local stone and rhythmically placed wooden shutters in deep green. The proportions are timeless and pure: two solid wooden entrance doors set beneath three balanced rows of traditional windows, all framed by the warm textures of Mallorcan masonry. The house rises above old retaining walls built from rounded mountain stones, anchoring it naturally to the terraced slope and giving the impression that it has grown out of the landscape itself.
