The room has been decorated in neutral tones and features an attractive fireplace, whilst a large window to the front elevation ensures an abundance of natural light.

Beyond this is the dining room, a well proportioned space ideal for both everyday family use and entertaining, with ample room for a table and chairs. Sliding patio doors open directly onto the garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Running parallel is the kitchen, which has been fitted with a comprehensive range of floor and wall mounted units, complemented by darker contrasting work surfaces over. A number of integrated appliances have been incorporated, alongside space for additional free standing goods.

Completing the ground floor is a useful cloakroom.

On the first floor, the landing provides access to all four bedrooms. The master bedroom is situated to the front elevation and features a striking statement wall, along with the added benefit of a walk-in wardrobe and a well appointed en-suite shower room. This comprises of a shower enclosure, low level WC and a wash hand basin set within a vanity unit.

Of the remaining bedrooms, one further generous room overlooks the front, measuring 12’10 by 9’2, while another is positioned to the rear, extending to 10’2 by 9’10. The fourth bedroom also sits to the front. They are all served by a family bathroom incorporating a panelled bath, low level WC and pedestal wash hand basin, with tiling to the splashback areas and an obscure window allowing for natural light.

Externally, the rear garden has been thoughtfully designed, with a patio area immediately outside the property providing an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining. The remainder of the garden is laid to lawn, complemented by deep, well stocked borders filled with an array of established plants, shrubs and bushes. A secondary seating area offers further versatility, while the garden is fully enclosed by timber fencing and benefits from gated side access.
