The location is excellent. Castle Road is a 5-minute walk away and has great cafés, restaurants, and bars. The river is around 10 to 15 minutes away and is perfect for walks or bike rides. Priory Country Park is also about 15 minutes away. It has lakes, walking trails, cycle paths, wildlife, and a nice café.
M&S Foodhall and a corner shop are just 2 minutes away on foot. Bedford University is a 5-minute walk away. The train station is around 15 minutes away by bike.
Fitness First gym is about a 10-minute walk away. It has a swimming pool, sauna, and group classes.
It’s a safe, friendly, and green area with great neighbours and everything you need close by. I’ve lived here for the past two years and really love it, especially in the warmer months when we can enjoy the garden.
