Rockley Park offers a 10-month holiday season (March–January) for holiday use only. Owners enjoy exclusive access to Tides – The Owners’ Club, with a free gym, sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool, bar and café, games facilities, and regular social events including parties, wine tastings, and family activities. Additional park amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, sports pitches, mini golf, climbing wall, tennis courts, play areas, shops, takeaways, and a large entertainment arena hosting bingo, live music, and more.
Rockley Park is a holiday park and therefore can only be used for holidays and recreational use. The park is open for a 10 month season from March - January.
Haven's Rockley Park Site Fee for 2026 is £10,790, with a pitch licence running until 10/07/2033. A new 12-year licence will be available at renewal.
Bills: Electricity and gas are metred, payable at the end of the year. Insurance, non-domestic council tax, water and sewage charged a set rate in advance; grounds maintenance and waste collection are included. Gas boiler with recent safety certificate.
