There are several ways to approach the property one of which is to proceed out of Looe towards Plymouth. At the top of the hill opposite St Martins Church turn right, signposted Barbican, Plaidy, into Barbican Road. In the far right hand corner there is a path, take this and turn right and first right and the property is on the corner and can be identified by our for sale board in the garden.
