There is a large sun deck to the front that extends to the side and to the entrance door.


An allocated parking space and visitor`s parking is situated just a few yards from the lodge.


Water, electricity, drainage and LPG. Both the electric and LPG are metered and billed via the park.

This lodge is for holiday and recreational use only between March 1st and December 31 each year. It cannot be used as a permanent residence as this would be in breach of the siting agreement. If you wish to holiday let the lodge then this has to be done through the park, it cannot be let privately.


The current owners do not holiday let this lodge they keep it for their own personal use.

Directions
Proceed out of Looe towards Polperro on the A387. After a couple of miles you will pass a petrol station on your left and Atlantis Retirement Home. Continue on the main road and take the next left signposted Killigarth, prior to descending the hill into Polperro. Follow this road and after a short distance you will see the main entrance to Killigarth Manor Holiday Park (John Fowler Holidays) on your left. Continue past this and take the next left into Valley View where you will find a row of lodges on your left. Please proceed past the lodges and bear left into the parking area where you can park in the allocated space for 302 and walk back to the lodge.
