The surrounding countryside is a real draw, with excellent access to walking, riding and some of the most attractive rural scenery in the area.

Fontmell Magna has a good range of day to day amenities, including a church, village hall, primary school and a well regarded pub. For a wider range of shops, restaurants and everyday services, the historic hilltop town of Shaftesbury is close by.
