    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Good bits would be the area and proximity to everything. Can get around everywhere pretty easily and the area is general not any trouble. Bad would be the increase in cost being improportional to the improvements received.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Usually quite proactive with fixing it and where delays they tend to communicate which is nice.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew that access in and out fo the building would be so inconvenient. no buzzer on the second door for guests is quite unfortunate especially when the second lift doesnt work. Forces guests or anyone with a buzzer like delivery ti either use the stairs or the resident to come down. Other than that, Options with furnishing and future planning if could change (think this is more personal or my case but I couldn’t think of anything general tbh)

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It is a very convenient place to live in due to excellent communication network via both Elizabeth line and TFL buses to Central London, south-west and North-west London. The high street has a wide range of shops that cover all possible daily needs of residents. The best thing I like is that there are numerous restaurants, cafes etc as well as grocery shops that offer Asian, middle-eastern, African, continental cuisine and ingredients. There are ample parking spaces available as well. The only downside is that the cleanliness in the area is not the best. Streets are often quite dirty with garbage thrown around and even public garbage bins overflowing. Apart from this, it is overall a very good, peaceful community to live amongst.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Whenever I have any issues, Eddie and Brian have promptly attended to it and have it resolved within 1-2 days.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I was informed before that smoking, barbecues, etc was not allowed within the premises of the building.

    Plenty of local shops and restaurants and proximity to all the public transport links are a big plus

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes they are prompt to respond and fix issues in a timely manner.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The central lift has not been working for 3 years now and it is not fixed yet. It was not foreseen when I moved into the property.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I’ve lived here for four years and overall it’s been a positive experience. The location is excellent, the Elizabeth Line is very close, which makes getting anywhere quick and convenient. The building is well-maintained and the management team are responsive and professional. On the downside, there have been recurring problems with the lifts over the past years (which I guess is common everywhere), and can be frustrating, especially when carrying groceries or luggage. Also, the common areas can get a little noisy in the evening, but the management team have tried to mitigate that, which I appreciate.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Eddie and Brian have been great, and whenever we had any issues, they were quick to address them.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Make sure to look up what amenities you have around and if those satisfy your needs.

    Besides of being friendly and available, the team is very clear on what they need to do and when.

    Management team is very good and make the process of leaving here be a good experience
