The rear courtyard is large and has plenty of space for barbecues etc, with bench included to enjoy the large outside space. As it’s a semi detached property, there is access to the side and rear which is really helpful if you cycle. There is a secure large outbuilding with lock and key for bicycles etc.

The main shared bathroom has a powerful shower, bath, sink and toilet and is very spacious with 2 large circular windows.

All bills are included. Therefore TV licence, water, council tax, Internet, Electric and gas are all covered. Each room has a digital TV point so you can connect to free-view with perfect reception.

You can also pick up the 200 meg broadband WiFi in the room with no problems and unlimited downloads.

Looking for professional people (male or female) that can look after this house and most of all enjoy it. The room is not available for a couple unfortunately.
