I wish I had none that the gym area wasn’t permanent and wasn’t going to be in use for a long time

The location is great! Super close to a range of bars in NQ, centre of town, so many restaurants and there’s several local shops right on the doorstep. I also love the area personally
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far the team have been really attentive and efficient in helping me with any queries I’ve raised

There’s lots more going on at the building than I thought when I first viewed, in terms of social events. The management team here organise a lot of things which gives you a great opportunity to meet people in the building and potentially make new friends!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is in a great spot in a central location. Lots of nice cafes and pubs around. Transport options are acceptable. It can be noisy in our flat because of the sirens on the main road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problem that we’ve raised has been dealt with by the staff incredibly quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we’d known that the gym that used to be in the building wasn’t actually part of our lease agreement. It would be great to have a gym facility reinstated in the building!

Such a great area, so many bars and cafes close by! Gets a little noisy on sunny days when the local bars have the tables outside

Good - 10 min walk into town, 10 min walk to the train station Manchester Piccadilly & Manchester Victoria, 5 min walk to Aldi Bad - I actually can’t think of anything!!
