Andrew Herring - Director - Andy has worked in the local area for his whole career, having been a Branch Partner for a national corporate agent for over 20 years. "However, I felt that it was time for me to go back to why I became an agent in the first place, namely, ensuring the best service for our customers and achieving the ultimate goal of 100% satisfaction", he said. Andy is a local family man who has a son and daughter, both at schools locally.

Graham Aldred - Director - Graham has worked in the industry since his late teens and achieved promotions up to Director level within national corporate estate agents. Graham has worked in both sales and mortgage services, so has expertise in both areas. He too feels that, "many corporate estate agents have lost focus of the most important people in a property transaction, the customer! This can be such a stressful time in a person's life and our job is to ease that stress with hard work and honest communication". Graham is also a family man with two daughters who attend local schools.

Debbie Herring - Branch Administrator - Debbie, Andy's wife, has also been in the industry for many years and has worked with Andy on a daily basis for over a decade. Debbie is delighted to be part of this exciting venture, where her knowledge and experience provides the essential back-up.
