This authentic country house, built in the early 1990s, is an ideal solution for those seeking a retreat surrounded by nature, far from urbanized and tourist areas.
The property is arranged over two main levels, set on terraced land of approximately 2,200 sq m, amid Mediterranean vegetation, cultivated areas and decorative spaces. The architecture is simple and authentic, with materials such as stone and wood that harmonize with the surrounding landscape.
The lower level (S1) contains the most lived-in part of the house: a living area with fireplace, kitchen and dining area, flanked by two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms open to the outside, creating a natural continuity between indoors and outdoors.
The upper floor, also connected by an internal spiral staircase, provides additional living spaces, including a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room, with a large panoramic window, was created by enclosing a canopy.
