This is a traditional stone-built complex comprising a main residence and two independent guesthouses, offering both flexibility and privacy.

The main house features an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, as well as two balconies with views towards the mountains, the valley, and the Aegean Sea. A mezzanine level accommodates a sleeping area with a double bed and a shower. The ground floor has been converted into an independent bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen, and it has direct access to a spacious terrace with a pergola and a jacuzzi.

The first guesthouse is a three-level stone tower featuring a bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace, and two sleeping areas, plus a rooftop terrace with views of the natural landscape and the sea.

The second guesthouse is an open-plan studio with a kitchen, fireplace, double bed, and bathroom, and includes a private terrace.

The property is equipped with air conditioning throughout and includes a double garage, which can also be used for storage or as auxiliary space, fitted with a washing machine and an additional utility/preparation area.

In very good condition and fully furnished, the property retains its authentic character and accommodates up to 9 guests.
Ioulida or Chora is the capital of Kea and seat of the Kea-Kythnos Regional Unit. It is the capital of the island "Kea" or "Tzia" as it was named during the Turkish occupation, it is also called "Chora" like all the capitals of the islands in the Cyclades. It is built amphitheatrically in the interior of the island, on the hills of Kastro and Mylon, in the same place with the ancient Ioulida. Popular in the summer months as a tourist destination with middle-class travelers from Athens, it is an easy destination because it is close to Attica, opposite Lavrio which is connected by ferry. The city is not urbanized, so there are no cars, visitors park outside the city entrance. The port of Korissia is 5 kilometers from Ioulida and is the destination of ships from Lavrio. For the capital Ioulida as they say "it is the city that has never changed" and "its architectural style differs from the classic Cycladic, the heart of the town is the square with the great Venetian wall"
