The villa is located 750 meters from the seashore (one of the cleanest seas in the world - there is a UNESCO flag). The villa is surrounded by olive trees (120 trees), huge palms, citrus trees (80 trees), lawns with flowers. Each floor of the villa is autonomous. The entire villa is surrounded by large terraces where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a barbecue area. 1st floor - living room with fireplace, kitchen-studio, 2 bedrooms (1 large with double bed, 2nd - 2 separate beds). The villa is located between the port of Kyllini (from where ferries go to Kefalonia and Zakynthos) and the town of Castro (where there is a fortress built by the Franks in the 13th century - a historical monument). Nearby are Ancient Olympia, Sparta, Mycenae, and other historical sites. Nearby there are thermal springs (with healing mud), 4 km from the house. Araxos Airport is 30 km away from the villa. Flights are carried out from Germany, Switzerland, France, Russia, UK, Czech Republic, Poland, and other countries. The city of Patras is located 70 km.
